Harley Davidson Fuel System Upgrades
Marren Fuel Injection offers fuel injection upgrades for all model years of fuel injected Harley Davidson motorcycles. All of our Harley Davidson fuel injector upgrades are sold as Power Pac Kits, which means they’re flow matched to a 2% tolerance in our fuel lab and come complete with a computer analysis sheet.

Harley Davidson high-volume in-tank pump
For applications where the stock in-tank fuel pump will not flow enough fuel. This fuel pump will flow enough fuel to support over 400 HP at 75 PSI! Ideal for strokers, turbocharged/supercharged engines, and any other application putting serious power to the ground. Fits the stock in-tank fuel module in all 2001-2005 Harley Davidson fuel-injected motorcycles with the single-bore Delphi throttle body. Can also be used as a direct replacement for factory fuel pumps.

High-pressure regulator for Harley Marelli fuel injection
Boosts pressure from a stock to 58 PSI on Harley Davidson motorcycles equipped with Marelli twin-bore throttle bodies. Will increase fuel injector flow approximately 15%. Will not work on later model Delphi systems with single throttle body.

Two main styles of fuel injection have been used on Harley Davidson motorcycles. The manifold on the left uses top-feed fuel injectors, while the manifold on the right uses side-feed injectors. If your Harley is equipped with factory electronic fuel injection, chances are it has one of these two manifolds on it (VRODs use a different intake manifold design not shared by other Harley Davidson motorcycles). |
